To ensure that all of our clients receive the best service possible we ask that you follow these few simple guidelines.


Booking Appointments
Credit Cards are not required to book your reservation. However we reserve the right to ask for a Credit Card if you have missed 2 appointments without a 24 hour notice. We may also ask for a Credit Card when booking a group or large amount of services. Our staff's livelihood depends on service reservations. To make sure that you receive the best service possible we ask that you respect our time schedule so that your experience with us can be as relaxing as possible.

Checking In
Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your facial appointment to allow adequate time to fill out our questionnaire and other health forms. This also gives you time to change and unwind before your treatment. We strive to keep appointments on schedule so if you arrive late and the stylist or specialist is committed after your session, your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled.

If you need to cancel your appointment please be considerate of other guests and our salon staff. We require at least 24 hour notice when canceling a single service and a 48 hour notice for multiple service appointments and packages. Our software tracks cancellations that are made without 24 hour notice. Any guest that has multiple cancellations without 24 hour notice will be placed on a guarantee required status. Guests place on this status are required to guarantee their future appointments with a credit card or gift certificate. A 50% fee will be charged to the required credit card or gift certificate when 24 hour notice is not given. The financial well-being of our staff depends on available appointments being reserved. When appointments are not canceled other guests may not be able to take advantage of other services that the service provider may be able to offer . We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation.

Cell Phones
Please silence all cell phones when entering the Salon area. We want to maintain a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for all guests. If you must use your phone please do so in the retail area only and keep conversations as quiet and brief as possible.

For the consideration of all our guests, children are not allowed in the spa area unless receiving a service and we ask that no children are left unattended in the salon area. If the child is under 7, you must have an adult not receiving a service present to care for the child’s needs.
